Peanut Butter Cup Recipe

For The Cup

  • 200g OF HEALTHY CHOCOLATE OF CHOICE
  • 1 TSP  COCONUT OIL
  • 1/2 TBSP  COCONUT SUGAR

For The Fillings

  • 5 TBSP PEANUTBUTTER ( 100% NATURAL )
  • 3 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP
  • PINCH OF SALT

Preparing the spices

Line a muffin tray with 6 muffin cases.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil and coconut sugar over the heat ( I prefer Bain Marie / double boiler )

Add one tablespoon of melted chocolate to each muffin case

Place in the freezer to set for 15 minutes.

Mix all the filling ingredients and remove the chocolate from the freezer

Place the filling in the middle in a way that the chocolate can fill the edges and place in the freezer for 10minutes

Repeat with a second layer of chocolate and place back in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Decorate and enjoy !
